How to use the Pilates 3D atlas
Choose a familiar movement, inspect its phases and keep notes for your next lesson.
Watch, pause and compare
- Choose mat or reformer, then select an exercise.
- Watch one complete cycle. Use half speed if that helps observation.
- Pause with the play button, timeline or phase buttons.
- Use the camera buttons or drag the model to change the angle.
- In Instructor view, switch between surface, skeleton and muscle layers.
Playback speed and cycle duration are display settings, not prescribed training speed or repetitions. The JP / EN switch keeps the selected exercise and audience. Notes and saved exercises use the same browser storage in both languages.
Use your own equipment instructions
Footbar locking, springs, straps and boxes vary between machines. Follow your manual and instructor’s setup, not the model’s dimensions or spring colours. Start with movements you have learned; this library is not a practice sequence.
Records and additional study
Prototype records stay in this browser. Export a JSON backup to keep a copy or import it into another browser. Do not enter client names, medical histories or other personal information.
The English edition covers the main guides and 71 exercise observations. The supplementary monthly readings, quizzes and body-check workflow are currently in Japanese: open monthly study (Japanese) or open the body check (Japanese).
