Use the atlas for observation and review, within the limitations of a schematic model.
Educational use
The prototype supports learning and review of Pilates movements. Models and explanations may contain errors and remain subject to revision. Professional review is pending. The site does not replace an instructor’s assessment, equipment instructions, medical advice or a qualification programme.
Access and records
Prototype access is free and no paid contract is currently accepted. Records are browser-local; keep backups of anything you need. Content and availability may change as the service develops.
