Preparation
Place both knees on the carriage and both hands on the frame. Begin with a long back and hands under the shoulders.

Tilt the pelvis backwards, round the back and draw the knees towards the hands.

3. Observe
Observe the whole back rounding rather than only lowering the head.

4. Complete the cycle
Release the curve gradually and return the carriage slowly.
