Preparation
Place both knees on the box and both hands on the carriage. Organize the relationship between the rib cage and pelvis.

Four movement phases
1. Set up

3. Observe
Support the trunk without rotating the pelvis.

4. Complete the cycle
Keep both knees on the box while drawing the carriage back.
