Preparation
Support both hands and one knee on the box, with the selected foot on the bar. Organize the shoulders and pelvis before observing the jump.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

During the airborne phase the hands and opposite knee support the trunk.

4. Complete the cycle
Reconnect the foot with the bar and bend the knee to receive the returning carriage.
