Preparation
Place both knees on the carriage and both hands on the fixed support in front. Keep the arms long.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

1. Set up

2. Movement
Send the carriage backwards and lengthen the chest between the arms.

3. Observe
Observe the rib cage and pelvis together with the shoulders.
Breathing example: Keep breathing
4. Complete the cycle
Round from the pelvis through the back and return the upper body over the hands.
