Preparation
Lie on your back with both feet in straps and the legs together on an upward diagonal. Keep the knees long without locking.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

1. Set up
Lie on your back with both feet in straps and the legs together on an upward diagonal. Keep the knees long without locking.
Breathing example: Breathe comfortably
2. Movement
Lower the legs a little and open them sideways from the hip joints.
Breathing example: Exhale
3. Observe
Circle the open legs upwards while maintaining knee position and pelvic support.
Breathing example: Inhale
4. Complete the cycle
Draw the legs together from above and return to the starting diagonal.
