Preparation
Kneel sideways with a single loop held in both hands in front. Support both knees evenly and face the pelvis forwards.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

Maintain rope tension as the chest returns to face forwards.
