Preparation

Place the selected knee on the cushion and hands on the bar. Support the opposite foot behind and keep the pelvis level.

1. Set up

3. Observe

Observe folding at the hip rather than bending from the lower back.

4. Complete the cycle

Extend the supporting hip to return the upper body.
