Preparation
Observe the model lying on its back with feet on the bar and the hips and knees bent. Equipment suitability and any jumping setup require instructor guidance.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

The forefeet reconnect with the bar and the knees and hips bend to receive the return.
