Preparation
Hold the hand straps with both legs in tabletop. The selected leg extends while the other stays bent.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

1. Set up

2. Movement
Curl the upper trunk, lower the arms and reach the selected leg forwards on a diagonal.

3. Observe
Do not arch the lower back to lower the leg further.
Breathing example: Keep breathing
4. Complete the cycle
Fold the leg back to tabletop and return the trunk and arms to their starting position.
