Preparation
Place the selected foot on the box in front and the opposite foot on the carriage. Keep the front foot supported and the hands aligned.
Check your equipment manual and the setup taught by your instructor. Model spring colours and dimensions are not equipment settings.

1. Set up

Send the rear foot backwards while bending the front knee and hip.

3. Observe
Avoid letting the front knee fall inwards.

4. Complete the cycle
Extend the front leg and draw the carriage in as the trunk rises.
